These general terms govern the use of Washproof, a cloud-based B2B SaaS platform for voluntary sustainability reporting (VS, Delegated Regulation C(2026) 5011) and CSRD supply chain data exchange, provided by Softstuff AB.
Washproof ("the Service") is a B2B SaaS platform engineered to assist European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their professional advisors in compiling sustainability reports under the EU's Voluntary Standard (VS), Commission Delegated Regulation C(2026) 5011.
The Service is provided by Softstuff AB (org. no. 559271-4744), hereinafter referred to as "the Provider", to the legal corporate entity registering an account, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".
The Customer retains all intellectual property rights and full legal ownership of all data uploaded to or generated in the Service (including accounting ledgers, SIE files, facility records, and final reports). The Provider receives only a non-exclusive license to process such data solely to deliver the Service.
The Provider retains all intellectual property rights to the Service software, source code, UI design, calculation engines, algorithms, and the Washproof trademark.
The Service utilizes modern machine learning and language models to assist with supplier invoice parsing, NACE activity matching, and ESG data structuring.
The Service is hosted in Google Cloud within the European Union. The Provider targets a monthly uptime availability of at least 99.5%, excluding scheduled maintenance windows normally reserved for weekends or off-peak nighttime hours.
The Service provides software tools for calculation and structuring of ESG data. The Provider gives no warranty that reports meet idiosyncratic demands of individual corporate buyers or specific commercial lenders. The aggregate liability of the Provider shall in all events be limited to the total fees paid by the Customer for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising in connection with this agreement shall primarily be settled through amicable negotiation, and secondly resolved by the public courts of Sweden, with the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
